Cloud StartPage HaYTooL provides a customizable browser new tab page with features including bookmarks, notes, search integration, and GitHub Gist cloud backup.
The Service is local-first. Cloud backup functions through direct client-to-GitHub Gist API calls using your own Personal Access Token. We never store or transmit your tokens or personal data to proprietary servers.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. The developer reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for users who abuse the infrastructure or violate these terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
